Whirlpool Gold W4GC4 14 Seer Air Conditioner

by Suzy
(Oklahoma)

I purchased whirlpool gold W4GC4 14 seer air conditioner from a local dealer near our shop. I have purchased the unit during the festival season and had hence got a lot of discount on the purchase. The unit was delivered only after two days since the shop had a lot of pending orders to be delivered. I was much exited about my new air conditioning unit and wanted it to be installed as soon as possible but to my dismay it took about three weeks to install the unit and in between I had to face a lot of ordeals.

Once the unit was delivered the company service person arrived to fit the unit and found that the units input and output didn’t match the specifications I was very disappointed and my eagerness to get the unit fitted was killing me. The service man told that he would report the matter to the company and get the unit replaced but the process was very slow that I had to call them constantly to remind them about the problem; they said they have to consult the top officials and managers and will respond soon.

I weighted about three weeks and had to call a number of times the company representatives to get the unit replaced with the right combination and finally I got a replacement for the output unit and it matched the input unit. They called up to apologize for my inconvenience and mentioned that it was a mistake form their side caused due to a fault in packing. Finally the unit was installed after a long waiting period and even if I had to pass through the ordeal the results have been futile and the most positive feature that I have experienced with the product is that they are very energy efficient.
