Trane XR13 Heat Pump

XR13 heat pump..... They do not work in TEXAS????? in the hot weather they run for ever.... in the cold the emergency heat blows more cold air than it does heat????? or my dealer does not know what he is doing.... I watched them install and they made me very upset. HE use a pipe wrench to bend a copper feed .... the air returns grills were mounter so one could not remove.... the filer base had to be replaced and the filters do not fit properly..... Mickey Mouse.....
